Processing Time for Shipments
All orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed. No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed. Please allow for additional transit days for delivery. Should the shipping of your order be significantly delayed, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Time
The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will become active within 2 to 5 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Carter is not responsible for customs duties and taxes levied on your order. Any charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
When can I expect to receive my order?
The average delivery time is 7 to 21 business days. Our products are delivered directly from the manufacturer to you. We are able to sell products at a lower price than our competitors due to our unique business model, which significantly reduces inventory and shipping costs. We also cover the shipping costs.
Where is my order now that the estimated delivery time has passed?
Unfortunately, there is a small chance that an order may be delayed during delivery. Your tracking number, which you receive via email, can be used to track the status of your order.

Where can I find my tracking number?
We will send you your tracking number via email as soon as your item has been completed and shipped. It may take 2-5 business days for your tracking number to become available.
We anticipate delays in the delivery of some products due to temporary difficulties with our supplier.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on holidays. If the products produced are in high demand, the processing time may exceed three days.
